I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Hi
I would like to cancel the shipment request from the provider as i couldnt make any contact with the provider via ph or email.I left many messages for the provider but i didnt hear from her . Most probably my move will be postponed for sometime next week . Again please go ahead and cancel the transaction for me because i didnt hear anything from the shipping provider "fezziwigwhse" after multitude attempts in the last 48 hours .

Response from fezziwigwhse: The above is accurate. USHIP has incorrect information on file and their poorly functioning computer system and website does not allow it to be changed for some reason. It is very frustrating, perhaps some day USHIP will be a smoothly functioning, professional site without innumerable 'glitches' and bad code, or bad design.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
This cancellation is due to a schedule problem. The shipper initially was going to pickup on 1/4 but due to having a full load was unable to do this. Due to weather conditions on the road and other conflicts, the mover would not be able to pickup the goods until late January and is unable to confirm that a pickup is guranteed at that time. Also, the shipper will need to pay for storage and move the items to storage and is unable to provide a definite drop off date. The pickup date is crucial on

Response from fezziwigwhse: The above is correct. The customer on the load previous to this one wildly underestimated the amount of items they had and there wasn't room left in the truck even for Michelle's few items.
