Excellent,professional,helpful,trustworthy fantastic to deal with. First time we have shipped a veh from US-Canada.Had no clue what to do. These guys easily gave the best price, and then provided prompt, professional, friendly service-they accommodated all of our last minute changes immediately and without complaint, they kept us fully uptodate on the location of the veh thruout the shipment, and delivered our veh as promised. These guys are great. First of all the GPS location reports are really nice to have. There is no wondering where my car is. The truck they hauled my car in was really nice. My car was fully enclosed so no chance of getting any stone chips. The driver was really knew his stuff. They were prompt and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a service provider on Uship. You won't be disappointed.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
I have tried to contact Federal Towing several times since my accepted bid on July 22nd. While initially impressed by the fast response after accepting my bid and arranging a pick up time, the lack of response since has been disapointing. We scheduled a pick up date of Monday July 28th.
The pick up has still not been initiated.
I am very dissapointed in the communication after many positive expireinces posted on the shipers profile.

Couldn't contact the shipper to advise him of our delays due to another customers car being held up. We were waiting on this shipper to sign the notarized out of state declaration on Fri. but the shipper couldn't make time for us. So our driver was delayed on his departure as well. I hope your delivery goes smooth ... Sorry for the delay in picking up your boat.

THE SELLER OF THE VEHICLE I WAS PURCHASING BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL TODAY AFTER WE PAID HIME IN FULL, THERE WASNT ANY VEHICLE THERE, CON ARTISTS AT FRONTLINE LEASING IN LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA SO UNFORTUNATLY WE NO LONGER NEED THE SERVICE.
WE HAVE TALKED TO FEDERAL AND HE AGREED TO NOT CONTEST THIS TRANSACTION, SO I AM REQUESTING A REUND BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD
