Bike was picked up and delivered on time with no problems. Hauler was in touch at all times by cell phone to keep me updated on where the bike was. Would recommend this hauler to my friends and would use again.

Excellent service provider. Frank kept in regular contact and took very good care of the bike. Him being so knowledgable about bikes is a big advantage as he can explain points about the bike and can offer suggestions on use and care. If I ever need a service provider for shipping again, I will contact Frank.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time requested through uship, accepted quote from frank primrose who works through uship - quote then booked 9/5/2008 for $598 - uship payment required lock in service fee of $73.87 which was charged to my credit card and was billed to my credit card 9/5/2008; 9/6/2008 i contacted mr primrose to set of delivery time of no later than 9/19/2008 and required $275 money order next day mailed to him "common practice shipping" in his business - this was done. three delivery dates were given by mr primrose

You were told to send a postal money order you did not sent a cashiers check which takes over three weeks to clear!when I did get to the bike you had gotten your buddy to do it for free this shipper scamed me! serv. provider beware this guy will try to burn you!Do unto others as you would do unto them!This guy has some real issues to work out!I wish you well Mr. Scott Zettle!!!!!

Fearless1 delivered the bike as expected -- a man you can trust. Do maintain contacts with him on cell phones and be at the delivery address as he needs to keep up with the schedule.
