I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period the service provider was suppoised to pickup the bikes over a week ago.
he claimed to have gotten injured and requested we wait till after the weekend.
we did, and still, he hasnt picked up the motorcycle nor is he returning emails or phone calls !!!!!!!!!!! unless he confirms he will proceed asap, then i am willing to wait but if not, i want a full refund so i can relist

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Provider misread the bid request and did not realize I was shipping a trike although my request was clear and correct. Enclosed trailer was required and specified in my request. Provider offered an outside shipment, on a rented trailer, with skrink wrap. This is not what I wanted nor is it acceptable.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Contacted shipper today to arrange pickup of items for delivery, and only then was informed that shipper would be unable to make it within the time window of July 28 through July 30. Given the circumstances I would like a 100% refund to my credit card and will file a dispute if necessary.

He has informed me by email that he only uses the contract that is provided within UShip and doesn't provide written contracts or bills of lading. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services At first the guy first wanted to pick up bike 5 days before the it was scheduled and paid for. Then the guy scheduled 3 subsequent pickup dates all of which fell through because of one excuse after the other.
