My #1 priority is 100% satisfaction from those that choose to entrust me with the welfare of their belongings. This is done through effective communication, swift and careful handling and the correct equipment for the job at hand. Everyone works much too hard to have someone treat their possessions any other way. I strive for positive feedback because it speaks volumes to potential customers. I think that someone is only as good as their word and their work ethic and this is really a code I live my life by. Shawn returned my call within minutes of booking a bike shippment from Ohio to Calif. He picked up the bike at my home and delivered it to the home of the buyer. He was prompt and professional in p/u and delivery of the bike. Price was extremly resonable. Thank You!
