My #1 priority is 100% satisfaction from those that choose to entrust me with the welfare of their belongings. This is done through effective communication, swift and careful handling and the correct equipment for the job at hand. Everyone works much too hard to have someone treat their possessions any other way. I strive for positive feedback because it speaks volumes to potential customers. I think that someone is only as good as their word and their work ethic and this is really a code I live my life by. Shawn was great. Did exactly what he said he would. When he picked up the car it wouldn't start, so he has to push it onto the trailer. I'll definitely be using him in the future!
