This crook & scam artist agreed to do a delivery for $700 that would be delivered NLT 8/12. On 8/13 no Fabian. Called to get ETA and he informed me he was taking a week long detour for personal reasons with a new ETA of 8/19/06. Further he now wanted $1200 because of supposed delays from breakdowns; suspiciously had no receipts. Said if didn’t pay would leave truck 400 mi away. I offered $1100 and he accepted. Upon delivery he demanded $1200 and when I refused he fled with the keys to the truck.

Truck struggled to get across the country. Cost me $500 on fixing and motels, only to be shortchanged at the end. He lost the keys and blamed me for it. Not a real man.

Best Shipper I will ever know. Great guy gets the job done nothing more to it. Stayed in contact the whole time perfect communications. Car arrived just as it was perfect condition. Never were there any delays. If a problem did occur with your shipment. This is the guy who's bid you should have excepted.

I really wanted to work with Fabian, as his feedback was excellent, and his pricing was fair. But after getting ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE from numerous emails, and numerous phone calls, he then attempts to retract the match saying that the trip was cancelled. I understand this happens, but I am irritated that I had changed my travel plans to accomodate his arrival with my vehicle, only to never get a phone call or email. I would have certainly been willing to reschedule. No contact at all!

I was forced to cancel my trip, as life happens. This really urks me, as I was charged for something I did not profit from. I will contact UShip on this matter. Check the rest of my feeds, and you will see that one trip that I had to cancelled caused me
a neutral, and neg feedback.
