I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I tried to reach him after the bid was matched.
I called him several time, and left voice messages. I also sent an e-mail. No reply at all. Tomorrow is my moving date, and I am very frustrating.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment is is not able to ship my stuff more, because he was going to pick up a other ship in california but that was cancel and his not able to pick mine at all.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I attempted to contact Ronald several times and he never answered his phone. The two alternate number's that he gave me were still not good contact numbers. I finally got a hold of him 2 days before the shipment was to be delivered and was supposed to call him the day of to confirm the arrangments. When the day arrived 3/19 HE NEVER ANSWERED HIS PHONE!!! nor did he bother to call back to explain why. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Regardless of what he may post following my comments, don't Response from ezmoverz: access to storage didn't work ,called you left message than left ,advised I could try on next trip Ron EZmoverz

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND! Be very wary of the positive feedback. You are taking a big risk of a TSP that has poor communication, is extremely unprofessional and the possibility of them never showing up to complete the shipment. That is what happened to me.
I had confirmed the previous day on two separate phone calls the start time for the pick up. He said he would call 5 hours and 1 hour out as he was on his way. I never once received a phone call to even say that he would not be making

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider i tried to reach EZmoverz several times and when i finally talked with someone, the date for shipping was right at Christmas and i found that the recipient was unavailable. So i have decided to cancel myshipment for now. It is just not the right time to be shipping it.
