A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
Contacted shipper well in advance of scheduled pickup date. Informed shipper that VIN # was needed in order to pickup vehicle per Delaership where vehicle is currently located. After several attempts to contact the shipper (email, voicemail) the scheduled window has come and gone. The truck is no longer in the area and I had significant stress associated with the fact that this shipper did not come through on time (I had to replace the missing vehicle with another last minute.
