For: 16 motorcycles for transport on 4 palet

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The customer waited to accept the bid less than a hour before deadline to pickup. I had informed the customer before accepting the bid that I was leaving the are in 20 mins. if he wanted to accepted please do so. About 3-4 hrs later accepted and wanted me there by 6pm in Dallas, TX during rush hour. I will still pu shipment if needed and deliver within day and 1/2. I am sorry for this but we as carriers must have a better heads up and be able to plan routes. Thanks
