was a good transaction initially until client became hostile accusing us of damaging his bike but we have pics at time of loading proving that seller had sold him a damaged bike. Dont believe that this client would be pleased if it was gift wrapped tied with a bow and done for free. Totally unreasonable and looking to hang somebody for the bad deal he made on E-bay. Shipping service providers beware!!!!

These are total amateurs.They said my bike was in a closed container - was open, said Wednesday delivery and it arrived over a week later. Said the shipment was insured - it wasn't. Said they would stay in contact throughout the trip and they never pick up the cell phone. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS unless you don't care about your time or your goods.
