They picked up 50 items and delivered 40 Items. 10 of the items would cost close to 20k to replace. Now they are not helping get my equipment back. They don't own their trucks they sub the deliveries. Stay far away from them. Don't trust anything they say. Tim the sales rep is useless and doesn't do anything to help. Now he's telling me that they didn't charge my credit card for the shipment and my claim is invalid but they picked up my stuff and someone stole it. Don't use them.

Shipped the item through USHIP, paid for it obviously, and SBA still sent me a bill for $261.30 saying my shipment wasn't paid for.

This was a receipt not a bill. Shipment was delivered insane quick, made an appointment to deliver, and all went well. Cannot believe I had negative feedback for sending a receipt...

Customer changed pick location multiple times, we had multiple attempts because the freight was not ready as indicated, needed a lift gate even though not indicated....Shipment weighed way more than listed, customer promised to compensate via credit card, payment never received. Shipment ended up being a loss to me.....After all those changes and extra service, this customer could not even cover my expenses....
