After 3 attempts, b/c there was no one available to meet us on her end, we finally picked up the piano. We only charged extra for one of the attempts. And delivered before promised. Did not appreciate her feedback about services as described b/c we went more than out of our way to accomodate her. Very unapreciative customer, would not recommend. Her detailed feedback to me negagtively affected our rating.

There were really only 2 attempts to pick up the piano, there were 3 scheduled. It wasn't my fault that they had to reschedule, I was working around my sister's schedule, so we were both doing our best to get a time set up. They didn't give us a whole lot of options for people with busy schedules. The feedback I left was honest, which I thought was the point of it, so others would know what to expect. Idk how they went out of their way. I explained about the broken feet and that they'll fix it.

Hector was very nice to work with, we had some scheduling problems with the pickup times, but he was very understanding. He delivered my piano less than 2 days after picking it up, which was really nice. The feet of my piano were cracked during shipping, but the company is taking full responsibility and will pay to have them fixed. Overall it was a good experience.

We did our best in wrapping your Piano and tied it down with tie wraps. some how it cracked a trim Molding. We are sorry about that and will replace it.also you state a lack in services as described in what way went to pickup your Piano 3 times and only charged you for the 3 pickup and delivered within 2 Days and as per your comments you were happy???????????.
