I carry a camera to photo the item before and after the load is secured and once delivery is made.All loads are cared for as if I was shipping my own item. After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider The reason I accepted there bid was because they said they would have the vehicle picked up with in 5 days of booking.It is now been 8 days and they never call me I have to call them and they still don't know when the vehicle will be picked up.Also some one was suppose to call me today for an update 4/6/2013 no one called so I called them and they are closed on Saturdays so I was lied to yesterday just to get read of me yesterday.I don't trust this company cause they have lied to me from day 1.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider There was a misunderstanding of the pick-up and delivery dates and communication left me feeling uncomfortable with this service provider. It should be noted that this service provider DID NOT misrepresent themselves in any way. It's just that I became uncomfortable after what I perceived to be a lack of timely communication and a mutual agreement was made to cancel our agreement.
