I no longer need my item(s) shipped I no longer need to ship the car, already let the service provider know, he is aware, I need to cancel this shipment, I need the money credited back to my credit card. the transaction was done today, so pls credit the fund back to my credit card. thanks Response from eugenewalters: The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped I reject the cancellation for the reason that I arrived to pick up the vehicle and then was told by the loader that the vehicle was picked up before I got there. I was not told by the customer, I was told by the loader. I lost 50 dollars in fuel and 3 hours of my time. Uship cannot keep handing people their money back and letting the service providers keep taking losses and get cancellations held against them. This is not fair as a provider to sh

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Eugene was absolutely wonderful and very patient with my horse.
Unfortunately my horse was not loaded and could not be trailered, as scheduled. This was not a fault of Eugene.
I would highly recommend Eugene. He is a wonderful person, honest, patient and trustworthy.
My horse was just not able to be trailered. Response from eugenewalters: The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This is another cancellation that I have no control over why I have to be penalized on this website for. I showed up at agreed upon time. The first question that I asked was if these horses would load onto the trailer. The answer was yes they would. One did and the other would not. I spent approximately 5 hours of time and 6 hours on the road plus wear and tear on my vehicle to get fuel money and a cancellation held against me. So

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved i put the wrong info in i am going to relistb with the right info when you credit me it was an honest mistake the winning driver will except hes the one who made me a where Response from eugenewalters: The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer contacted me and asked me when I could pick the shipment up in the midwest. I was shocked and explained to him that it was to be picked up south of Pittsburgh. He said he would pick it up himself if that was the case. I explained to him that I do not extend my services that far west and for him to ask for a cancelation to get his money back. Once again I will be hit with a cacellation that was not my fault.

Service Provider was unable to reach me after a reasonable period of time Response from eugenewalters: Customer owed 240.00 storage fee. I tried to contact them for approx. 45 minutes with no response. I do not pay storage fees for customers after being burnt in the past. Good Luck on finding another hauler.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment the service provider was unable to load the vehicle onto his transport trailer he called and told me about the problem at that time we agreed to cancel the shipment he then asked if he could just stop by and pick his payment up since he was coming threw Charleston,WV with other deliveries and that it would be convenient for him and I agreed when he arrived he wanted the full remaining balance I then disagreed and said that I would pay him 150 dollars cash in hand and he accepted he then asked if Response from eugenewalters: I been a provider for uship for 2+ yrs. This was the first person I had an issue with payment. I was going to meet him and I missed the exit in Charleston WV. I called him and we agreed to use PayPal for payment. What a mistake that was, I invoiced him and he did not respond for 3 days. I then issued feedback and WOW I got a response immediately. It is obvious he did not feel he had to live up to his agreement to help offset my 140.00 loss and more than an hour of time getting his refund. LOL.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider did seem knowledgeable & professional. However upon arrival at the pick-up location did not feel comfortable driving the vehicle from OH to me in MD. So his services of vehicle transport & delivery were no longer needed. Response from eugenewalters: After observing vehicle I did not feel comfortable driving this vehicle the distance that was required. Thanks Shawn for giving us an opportunity.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The cancellation is by no means Eugene's fault. I received a call this morning from my trainer stating that the Meadows Racetrack made a decision this morning not to accept my horse. Therefore I cannot have him shipped there. I called Eugene asap, and he accepted the cancellation.
