The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
This was a combination of not listing accurately an antique marble top server, including not having it insured,, and not realizing that the help to load and unload was not enough to do the loading without potentially damaging the furniture Real nice person to deal with.Definitely a 2 man job.

Glen was very nice an honest about the concerns of moving the server. However when we set up a followup date for the following weekend when he would have help and I could get insurance, his price doubled with still no help and no insurance and a request for pre-pay. Since I lost several days trying to reach him and I'm out of state, this created a big problem which I'm still trying to fix in trying to clear out my mom's home under a time line.
