Rating: Cancellation Left by: glenandcindy (274 ) On: 3/17/2008 For: Moms move2	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it This was a combination of not listing accurately an antique marble top server, including not having it insured,, and not realizing that the help to load and unload was not enough to do the loading without potentially damaging the furniture Real nice person to deal with.Definitely a 2 man job. Response from estrella56: Glen was very nice an honest about the concerns of moving the server. However when we set up a followup date for the following weekend when he would have help and I could get insurance, his price doubled with still no help and no insurance and a request for pre-pay. Since I lost several days trying to reach him and I'm out of state, this created a big problem which I'm still trying to fix in trying to clear out my mom's home under a time line.

He took great care with our family heirlooms, packed and delivered as promised. He really went the extra mile with patience and coordinating two pickup locations and several family members' schedules. Thanks Tom!
Rating: Cancellation Left for: glenandcindy (274 ) On: 3/17/2008 For: Moms move2	The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Provider and I agree to retract this agreement due to need for different arrangements needs for items to be shipped. Response from glenandcindy: Real nice person to deal with. Highly recommend! Items to be shipped changed and now can't safely transport marble topped server which is an antique/family heirloom that is not insured. Thanks, Glen.
