Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward MANTRUK IS NOT A SERIOUS COMPANY, ERNEST SEND ME A FAKE FEDEX BOL, AND EXPECTED ME TO PAY HIM WITH MONEYGRAM (WHICH IS PROHIBITED BY USHIP) BEFORE PICK UP. AFTER A DAY HE SENT ME AN EMAIL TELLING ME THAT HE HAD PICKED UP MY SHIPMENT (WHICH WASNT TRUE) , AND ASKED ONCE AGAIN FOR MONEY, THRU MONEYGRAM OR WESTERN UNION. THIS GUY KEEPS HARRASING ME WITH EMAILS ALL DAY ASKING FOR MONEY WHEN HE DID NOT PICKED UP MY SHIPMENT AT ALL. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPAM AND REPORT TO USHIP ASAP. Response from ernjun: I AM A FREIGHT BROKER AND BEEN SHIPPING FREIGHT-FOR YEARS. YOU TOLD ME YOU HAD NO OTHER PAY METHOD AND WANTED TO PAY CASH TO DRIVER FEDEX DRIVERS DO NOT TAKE CASH-I SENT YUOU THE CORRECT BOL-YOU THOUGHT I WAS FEDEX DRIVER-I AM THE AGENT-WELL YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW FREIGHT AND HOW I WORK SO WE WILL MOVE ON-YOU OVER JUSTIFIED ME

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I accepted ernjun's bid on monday 12-06-2010 and proceeded to pay him in full thru paypal on 12-06-2010 at 15:05 p.s.t.. . his bid clearly states 2 day pick up. . and i even gave him till 12-09-2010 to get paper work for pick up which then would of been 12-10-2010 at the earliest for fedex to pickup . i had to call a carrier myself thrusday evening 12-09-2010 and I was able to get it on a truck within 24 hours, and had to pay them roughly 550. so as of now i have $850 wrapped up in this shipme Response from ernjun: I WAS ON THE ROAD DELAING WITH BAD WEATHER AND THIS CUSTOMER HAD TIME CONSTARINTS AND COULD NOT WAIT BUT HAD POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND WAS VERY PATIENT

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved Bidder is not who would perform the move -- unhappy with that. Accepted bidder's bid because of his feedback. Person subcontracted to perform the move does not have a hand truck which is needed for the move. There was a discrepancy over the cost which my secretary was told could be "higher". Bidder offered to do the move himself but was unable to commit to a specific time. Wanted to push the move back to Mon 12/6 which is not acceptable. Response from ernjun: THANKS AND SORRY FOR MISCOMMUNICATION!!!!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider after numerous attempts trying to communicate with service provider.....very poor if not at all. phone number he gave says no one there by that name. Response from ernjun: What!! What numbers did you call my numbers are good.I emailed you and called you ok well life goes on

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved the size and weight were clearly identified on the uship listing. We wasted one week and 20 texts and emails to try to get them to ship this pallet as they agreed to.I believe the shipper blindly bid this shipment not having a clue as to what was involved. In the future the shipper needs to do his homework before blindly accepting bids that they have no abiloity to handle. I'm just glad i didn't send him all the money up front cause i don't know if i'd ever see it again. Response from ernjun: THANKS
