We had some miscommunication in the beginning, due to which the shipment was scheduled to reach the destination before i was ready for it. Upon contacting the shipper, he made arrangements to get the shipment held in-transit, while i was ready for it.
Overall i am positive about the shipment and would use the shipper again.

Ernest is a top notch communicator; prompt phone calls/messages updating us on the shipment status/problems; very fair in dealing with unforeseen cost issues; worked hard to get it done quickly, explained all the steps to us, dealt with insurance issues. We recommend him unconditionally based on our experience in Sept 2008.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
This broker arranged to have my pallets shipped through Fed Ex. Fed Ex claims that account this shipper is using is for "Army Core of Engineers", which is fraudulent. Fed Ex has alerted its Security, so at this point I am trying to get my pallets back from Fed Ex before it gets too complicated.
