I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period This is the second time I have requested a cancellation on the shipment. I accepted the Book It Now on this shipment. I could not get in touch with the shipper. After 3 emails and a couple of phone calls the shipper did not contact us. We were in the pick up town on the day of Booking Details and still could not contact the shipper. I canceled this Booking on 11/5 - I do not know why it is still in my Bookings. Please refund my deposit that I made on this shipment. Thanks, Lester
