Incompetent at international shipping logistics and customs forms. Our packages arrived three weeks later than promised. No one has ever apologized or offered us a partial refund. Communication was very poor. They neglected to tell us our shipment was canceled and as a result I took an entire day off work sitting in the apartment waiting for it to arrive. It was rescheduled twice. I would avoid this shipper in the future.

Although we are sorry for the delay it was not our fault shipper took a time to provide us with correct documents for export along with some problems with customs for export and import regulations. Once again we are sorry and to say the least we lost all profit on this shipment we moved it anyway.

I couldnt be happier with the service that Ed and his team provided me with. I was always informed about the speedy progress of my delivery and when it arrived it was well wrapped and brought right into my home by a very friendly person. Thank you Go Global !!

Not delivered on time. Came three days late. Bad communitcation. Representative hung up on us twice, and did not return calls. Not reccomended at all. Even if the bid is low do not accept.

Our services are much better then what happened on this shipment as stated it was out of our control. I am glad the customer finally received there freight.

NY t	Customer contacted us on Monday afternoon after we won the bid Tuesday we got the pickup info on Wednesday we got there too late to pickup Thursday we picked up customer expected same day delivery 200 plus miles away driver was out of hours. Delivered today foor such a cheap price that I bidded he took the price and we made the delivery of 3 pallets of chicken feed. All in all the customer did wait but the transaction was completed and the chickens are alive. Customer paid by check
