We are not a hazmat authorized motor carrier. We cannot accept this load by law.

Rating: Cancellation Left for: hmsexpress (0) On: 11/12/2009 For: FORKLIFT CHARGERS AND BATTERIES	The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Service provider was not able to accommodate the shipment because he did not realize that there were batteries (hazmat) among the stuff to pick up and just could not do it. Response from hmsexpress: Shipper has legal obligation to clearly declare and classify his shipments if they are Hazmat. We are not an authorized Hazmat motor carrier. It is ilegal to accept transport Hazmat without the proper precautions in place to protect the public.
