The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
He was supposed to pick this up on Sunday, he said Monday/Tues. at the latest. I have been calling and calling but cannot reach him. He doesn't answer and his voice mail is full. It is now Wed. night. He has not called me. I need to have this picked up. I have to find someone else. In all fairness he's had great feedback up to now which is why I accepted him. I tried to be patient. I only hope he isn’t hurt or something.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period.
Originally, englishmovers were supposed to pick the bike up in hackettstown nj, on saturday the 5th and i never heard from him. So i continuously tried to contact him via phone and via email and there were no responses, or even attempts to respond.

Jon was very easy to work with and overall a great person. Some delays occurred which were out of his control, but he kept me up to speed throughout the process. Pricing was very fair and he treated my bike with respect. Definitely my top choice for any future shippments. Thanks!

While the shipment arrived a bit later then planned, the bike arrived in the exact same condition it was picked up in. Jon was good with communicating during the trip on expected delivery dates as some delays were experienced. Very professional and friendly. Would do business with them again in the future.
