I placed a bid with a timeframe that I could meet. The shipper accepted, then demanded that I have it delivered 3 days before I said I could.

I don't think "Positive" says enough. This was a smooth, efficient transaction with outstanding customer service. All questions and concerns were answered and addressed immediately and professionally.
