The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time After repeated communication and verifying the details of the shipment, on the morning of the move the provider did not show up. He didn't answer the phone or return messages (and still hasn't). I had arranged air transportation to meet him at the other end, as well as hotel and rental car. All were prepaid and will cost me a significant amount of money to reschedule the move for my son's college apt. He is now in an apartment with no furniture for at least a week. UNRELIABLE. NO INTEGRITY!!

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider never showed up at determined date nor did he call. The phone numbers given are both out of service and I didn't receive a reply to my email either. No idea what happened.

This shipper voided our agreement by switching up the payment plan. He waited until we were half way there and to tell me that there would be no cash at pick up like we discussed. I just didn't feel comfortable working for him after that. Thanks! Andy.

Andy communicated where they were at all times. Great experience took care of my shipment as if it was their own would highly recommend using them. If I need to do this again I will give them a call. Thanks again.

Bruce has a home that is very comfortable for his family. He has a large area that is set up as a batchelors pad which is where we moved the speakers. To make a long story short, we look forward to being invited to the Packer's Grill Outs. He helped us unload the large speakers from the truck into the house. He paid cash on delivery. Andy is an incredibly professional mover. He is reliable! After some adjustment of delivery/drop off dates, we arranged a schedule that worked well for both of us! He made sure to stay in touch, especially easing my concerns since I could not assist and oversee the pick up and delivery myself. He even called me AFTER my family received the delivery just to let me know that everything went smoothly! I would highly recommend this shipper to anyone--especially first time Ushipers! Mitch coordinated this move for his daughter. She gave us good directions to her farm in Wayne, IL and in Collierville, TN. This was a nice family to work for and I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. She paid her deposit at pick up and the balance in cash at delivery. Thanks! Andy.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Andrew, stated that he would pickup my chair on June 10,2008, and that he would call me the Sunday before. He did neither. I left tons of voicemails, and emails. He finally emailed me back saying he was in Texas and that he would be here in "a week or so." This has really messed up my plans and cannot be resolved.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment I got this e-mail the day of the move, after I had agreed to accept HIS deadline for accepting the bid. "I am sorry to inform you that we will not be able to do your move as planned. Both of my CA loads have been cancelled. I just found out and emailed you soon after. You can go onto uShip and request a cancellation and they will ask me do I agree with it and I will. Again, I apologize. Thanks! Andrew." Please refund my PayPal account. Jonathan

He waited until the last minute to try and add a few large items at no extra pay. I don't care how much he spent. A deal is a deal from the start. As you can see with the jobs that we did complete, I have alot of integrity and I am very reliable. Response from Bruneu: He was aware of the ENTIRE JOB 3 weeks before the move date. I told him that there were no boxes, but an extra 19" TV and small shelf unit and offered to pay an extra amount. Andy said that he'd move it for the same price. I spoke with Andy 3 days before the move. He confirmed THAT I SHOULDN'T WORRY AND THAT HE'D BE THERE AS AGREED. Why not discuss this "problem"? He didn't call me,answer the phone or return messages? This provider is NOT TO BE TRUSTED and is LYING TO COVER HIMSELF- BEWARE!
