I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I have tried calling Luke about 4 times and have left messages with no return calls. I also have tried emailing him but have not received an answer.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider did not pick up or deliver my items at all.There has been no information from the provider at all. It has been 3 days since the date promised to be delivered.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I don't want to shipped my items anymore because right now the season it's till cold and i don't need my scooter now. I'm not booked with any company to shipped my scooter and how come i was charged $200 dollar in my credit card. I want to cancle this shipped and refund my money back.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved
The warehouse where the item was supposed to be picked up was unexpectedly close on the date the driver planned to arrive. The driver has since left the pickup area and won't be back soon. So I'd like to re-list the shipment. No one's at fault here, no blame, just bad timing. May I receive a credit and re-list it (today or tomorrow, ideally)? I need to get the sofa out of the warehouse ASAP.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider After showing up, looking at the shipment in MY truck, then loading into his trailer, he said, quote: "You have to pay me more money". Box count was less than the original estimate, but there was a bicycle and a very small stationary bicycle. After I started to UNLOAD his trailer, he decided the price was fair after all. By this time I had 1/3 of the load off of the trailer, and had lost all confidence in this service provider. Also, his trailer tags have been expired since Aug, causing me Response from ema773: When I arrived at pick up place customer opened his truck and when I saw the shipment I pointed out that there were more items than in the original quote. I politely asked if he could compensate for excess load. I suggested that he remove excess load and I will deliver only items that were in the quote for the $450. This upset the my customer and he decided to remove all his items and not to proceed with transaction. My trailer is brand new with temporary plate which expire in December 2010.
