I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I initially had a conflict on shipping dates. Shipper is no longer employed at his reported business phone number and does not respond to e-mail or phone calls

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The Service Provider apparently left too little room on board his truck to accomodate the five patio french door units which were correctly described as to size, dimensions and weight.
The Service Provider failed to telephone me to advise that he was leaving all five door units at the Huntington, New York Home Depot where they were ready for loading. Moreover, the Service Provider failed to return my two telephone calls.
This Service Provider is unreliable and disreputable.

The customer failed to have the doors properly ready for me. I went 3 1/2 hours out of my way for a 300 dollar pickup and left with nothing. if you can read the shipment) were suppose to be seperated and ready for me to pickup. When i arrived at the Home Depot in Huntington . the doors were sealed together. i gave Home Depot 1 hour to resolve and and seperate them . they kicked there feet and did nothing. They said that is how the customer wants them and that is that.i had a schedule an left.
