The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time shipper agreed to have shipment pick up after firt phone call. I have called 5 times in the last week on 3 differnt numbers with no call back. I reached her once and she promised to call back in 10 minutes......I have not been able to reach her since. Very, very unhappy and do not recommend her to have an account anymore.

Clearly a broker who bids low and tries to then ship the vehicle with another carrier. Took WEEKS to deliver. Wtd payment up front. Various excuses for delay. Looking at the amount of canceled shipments should have been my first clue that she has no way of delivering at the time she bids. As a car dealer time is important to me. Refunds are useless once we have made assurances to our customer. No way do I give that positive FB. Looks like others went easy on her but that just allows it to go on.

i didnt bid low and car was del in 1 1/2 weeks as stated in bid "please allow 7- 10 days for scheduling"(11 days to pu and then 2 days till del),rec cust was kept update and she was offered a refund after 3 days when she was sure there was a car in tn/ she thought she had been ripe off by a car broker( you), and i am a carrier / broker guess you didnt look up my information, i believe you on here to try to get a low rate for your customer and not once did you ask me for my DOT# or ins

The company was Awsome!!! Very friendly while being proffessional. Very easy to set up the pick up and drop off of our truck. Called every step to let me know what was going on and very close to the exact time for pickup. Very good Company, if i have to something like this again, I will use them. May God bless you and keep you safe while you are driving providing a wonderful service for others.

Car was pickup on time and delivered promptely. Overall Job was executed without hitch and communication was good with Elizabeth kept me posted on progress of things all the time. Nice people to work with.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Elizabeth's Transport was not able to pick up the trailer, but did refund my deposit promptly when asked. I would use this shipper again if scheduling permitted.

Next time just be honest about being a broker not an operator. She didn't pick up car for weeks due to various excuses after I promised car to customer based on her assertions of 3 days. Now I don't have a clue? Very unprofessional.
