My item got here safely, but the item was not brought to me how we originally agreed. I was told the item would be brought on an open trailer with wood sides and was surprised to see the item stuffed into the back end of a short bed truck. The driver had great communication on letting me know how the trip was going.

sorry for the confusion i was pulling a 21' boat behind the truck and after seeing how small your item was I thought there would be no problem in the back of the truck. It would have actually been more difficult if we had put it in the trailer.
