I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I talked to this shipper over 3 weeks ago to set up a tentative date to pick up my delivery. Within the last ten days I have tried to e-mail and phone the shipper with no response from them. I am very disappointed and would like to cancel. I sure hope you don't allow this shipper on uShip anymore.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period the service provider did not show at all. has not contacted the customer or myself. Uship customer support is unable to get in touch with him either and i was told others have had issues with him as well.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved when I called the drive to setup the pickup he said that he had already left the state and couldn't pick it up

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Despite multiple phone calls, texts and emails, I cannot get the provider to respond to my request to set a pick up time. I explained several times that this was important (we need to schedule childcare, cancel work, etc etc) and still no response. I do not feel comfortable shipping my goods with someone who can't even bother to communicate with me about the shipment.

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period I made many attempts both by phone and email to set up my shipment and never got any response. Do NOT use this shipper - he is totally unreliable. Now I have an upset customer who is considering canceling her order and I have to start the whole process over again.
