Rating: Cancellation Left by: golan1 (-2) On: 1/2/2008 For: 40 Windows	The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it the customer did not give an accurate description.the customer said 40 windows and it was 43 and when we called to explain the difference in the number of items and diffenrence in the size they were inflexible even thou we reduced our price and offered a discount Response from eickemeyer: 3 windows were added to the order for free by the seller. So when pickup was scheduled this shipper added $300 to their quote for the added 3 windows. Don't know why they got so antagonistic in their response. We just cancelled due to the cost difference!
