The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Client won't be able to load the item with an engine hoist because it is to low for my trailer

The size and weight of the item was accurately described in the listing. The bid from the service provider included loading the item. The service provider confirmed this in communication through uShip prior to accepting the bid. The service provider did not consult with the seller on the pickup and loading as requested and never returned phone calls.
