For: Ragdoll Kitten Delivery Needed From MD to NJ

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment Driver was scheduled to pickup and deliver my item on 11/30/08 but had weather problems in TN. Today driver's trailer broke down and he does not know when he will be up and running again. He suggested I cancel the job and start again. I'd like to do this. How do I get a refund for this job? I'm going to resubmit the job again today! Thank you!
