Yes, the package was picked up. I offer you some sincere feedback on this shipping experience.....This was one of the most frustrating agreements I ever made with any business. The lack of timely response to the customer, the total lack of professionalization, the confusion caused - at a time when it had to go like clockwork - were a total embarrasment to your company. I suspect you are much better, but just the opposite face was presented to me.
