There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved I accepted a bid from DAS, which included an additional $398 for door to door service, and $402 for a secure trailer. But when DAS made the arrangements to pick up the car, they told the seller they planned to arive with an open bed truck. When I objected to having my car transported in this way, DAS told me that enclosed shipping really only means from terminal to terminal. So the trip from Wisconsin to Illinois was going to leave the car open to damage, despite the additional money paid. D
