Ed did a great job throughout the entire process. I purchased the boat through Craigslist, and had it shipped from Texas to Maine. Ed ensured that it was secured properly, road worthy, and actually took the boat and trailer to a tire store to have the tires replaced before they made the journey. We were in communication daily, and once he hit the road, there we no surprises. Well Done!

Ed picked up the boat when he said he would and called me along the way. He was able to deliver it a day ahead of time. I would use his service again, as he was on time and had a good price.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This man drove up to my clients house in a Saturn to pick up 9 suitcases and when he discovered the will not fit in his car he drove off without the suitcases and with my $99.00 and without explaining to the client or even trying to call me. Very unprofessional.

The shipper misrepresented the items to be shipped by listing them as suitcases, when they were in fact 2ft x 3 ft boxes. When the bid was placed, it specifically stated that "suitcases" would be transported in a car. After arriving, I offered to adjust the price if the shipper wanted me to go and get my pickup to do transport. He refused this service. My contract states that the deposit is not refundable if the load is misrepresented by the shipper and I am unable to make delivery.

I was unable to do pickup during the time frame that they wanted. I did put the dates I would be picking up and delivering in my bid, but we both missed that they did not correspond with when he needed the pickup done.
