Ed said when he would get and deliver the item (a hand shear) . It went exactly as he said. The shear arrived in perfect condition. What more could I ask for? This was a 100% positive experience.

Ed and his associate were GREAT! Reasonably priced, very prompt and quick to deliver, cooperative, and pleasant. Got everything to the destination perfectly. My mom, from whom they picked up the table and chairs, was very impressed with them as well! And that is saying a lot! :-)

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it This heading is not quite accurate but there was not a choice that fit. I do not believe that Amy misrepresented the listing. It was listed as a "Ford E-350". That is a common vehicle that is typically a "van". I bid it as such even though she did refer to it as a "bus". My trailer will easily accommodate a van but not a "school bus" type bus, which this turned out to be. Amy knew what was to be transported while the people bidding only had the listing to go off of. Unfortunate misunderstanding

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The service provider arrived on site it would not go on his trailer. We are very upset becasue we booked this a month ago and he bid it as a short bus. Then came back and said he bid it as a van but we have emails saying he bid it as a short bus. This has put this company at a major lose for time and money.

Tony believed I had an enclosed trailer when I have an open trailer. Once he had accepted the bid he realized the glitch and called me. We agreed that it was best for him and his item to be transported to utilize an enclosed trailer and therefore cancelled the bid. Tony was upfront and professional. I hope to work with him in the future on a transport more suited to my equipment. Ed
