I am no longer able to accommodate this shipment When we bid on the load we were not aware of the load needing to be shipped across the bridge into the island NY, which is an additional extensive fee for 44,000 lbs going across the bridge. Very nice polite gentleman though.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Orange Creek Transportation accepted the confirmation to pick this load of hay on 9/13/12. The only communication since then was Via fax when on the 14th they faxed the sign confirmation back to us accepting to pick up the load on Tuesday the 18th. The customer was notified as to the scheduled pick up date and he hired a crew to come in on Tuesday to load the truck. Marlin, the driver and owner, did not call or show up for pick up. We called and emailed him on Monday and all day Tuesday and Response from OrangeCreek: Broker is new to the industry and mad that I refused to haul their load after they tried to change the terms of my bid and also gave me the wrong pickup address. Don't know how to pick up the load when the address does not exist? They also expected me to make delivery and wait until I could later fax paperwork to receive the uship payment code which is supposed to be given upon delivery. Latoya had to resort to e-mailing me personal attacks because I did not feel comfortable doing business.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The reason I am requesting this load be cancelled is due to the fact that we sent a driver to pick up the load on Monday, and the shipper did not load him, because the freight was not ready. The Shipper told my truck driver that the gentleman that bought the goods need to call him and schedule an appointment for another day. We called the gentleman that set this load up with U-Ship several times on Monday, and he never respond. Finally today (Wednesday)we spoke with another person and she tol
