I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
We communicated with this shipper and he was going to send us a picture of shipment so that we knew if we could accomidate it or not. He never did. In the meantime we were working on another shipment. We told shipper not to accept our bid for a couple of hours so that we could find out if we could do it or not. We told him that we were woking on another shipment and in the meantime he accepted our bid. We are very sorry for any inconvience but we knew that we could haul other shipment. His

We said we would send a picture of the shipment if we could, but described item by weight & size so the shipper knew it could be hauled in the bed of a pick-up. Basically, they got an offer for more money and took it even after they had offered us a bid and without cancelling their bid to us. They told us not to accept their bid because they "couldn't pass up" an offer for more money. Not for any other reason.
