Very nice guy, and he's very good with communication. Delivery date was a little fuzzy, but he always answers his phone or returns calls promptly, so we knew how far along the road he was, and we were flexible with the drop-off date, so it all worked out.

This shipper was easy to work with.If I remember right we had to push back his pick up because of another customer under estimating the difficulty of there shippment.Often ppl under estimate or purposely misreprestent shippment due to a lack of knowledge or there looking to get by on a (even) lower price than the 70% off we are giving them. What can happend is that it can throw off the driver by hours and even throw of the load for the rest of the shippment! It's kind of a domino effect.

Eddie is awesome! He picked up my shipment two days earlier than expected and took it across country for the delivery. He arrive a day earlier than promised. I couldn't be happier with his service and professional attitude.

No Detailed Feedback Available Eddie got my furniture from a remote location to a remote location. In other words, I never met Eddie but my family and friends on the other ends of this transaction said he is a great guy! Thank you for dealing with the odd pickup and delivery issues. So glad to have it all wrapped up!

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer The customer misrepresented the load. He listed it as two items for transport. We negotiated a price based on two items, a sofa and loveseat. After Cornelius accepted the bid, he emailed me a form for his customer to fill out at delivery. When I read the form, that's when I found out we were going to haul three items. The third was a huge leather chair that would have taken up a lot more room in the truck. I told him I would need more money for the third item and initially, he refused. Fi

First of all, Please be cautious when hiring slick Eddie. He booked the shipment before the customer added a chair and when i told him about it, he tried to charge me $200 extra for a small chair. i told him NO so he canceled the order and tried to bad mouth the "CUSTOMER". No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I did not represent the load. the picture contains 3 items Sofa, Love Seat and chair. i offered to pay for the additional chair which customer added at the last minute but they wanted $200.00 to add the chair which is ridiculous. They are very unprofessional and could not accommodate the customer needs so i will not accept any bids from them again.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service promised by Eddie was a total failure. I called him after I accepted his bid and he told me that he has an easy going approach and that he would call me the day of pickup. On the day he said he would pick up the bike I only got a text message from him saying he was loading up a desk. This was after I tried calling him and his voicemail was full then I texted him a couple of times with no response. Then I heard nothing from him for the rest of the day. I then got a call at 8pm by

We had to reschedule many of our customers because of Hurricane Sandy. It was a hectic few days. We tried to call the customer many times but got his voicemail. When we finally did connect, he seemed fine with it. He said he wasn't in a big rush, and didn't really need the bike until Thanksgiving. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
