BEWARE.
My Trailer was delivered to me damaged. Accidents Happen!
Terron's insurance paid for the damage minus a $1000 deductible.
I have now been waiting 2 weeks for my $1000 deductible from Terron which he said he would pay and the cheque was in the mail then. I have left several emails and phone messages for him to call and he is not. Not sure why?
If you use this carrier, beware of the high deductible he has. I am out a $1000 and am not very happy with his sloppy service. He did

Never said check in the mail. I admitted the damage. Ed's not out $1000. He paid $6300 for the trailer, and the damage was $3800 for 2 scratched panels and a rear frame that was slightly bent because the cheap skid rails hung down and caught an egde. And his company is doing the repairs? Did I mention that he "found" 2 more damaged areas after I had left? And I guess I'm responsible for a paint job that was already blistering off. Avoid this shipper. He makes money off these insurance claims.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider has a broken down truck. He says the truck will not likely be repaired until next week. I have already delayed my customer by 2 days and we needed the trailer here today. I need to re post the shipment asap.
Please refund my deposit as soon as possible

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment TODD CALLED ME AN HOUR AGO INDICATING THAT HIS DRIVER IS BROKEN DOWN AND CANNOT PICKUP THE TRAILER TODAY OR TOMORROW.
AS A RESULT, I WILL NEED TO RELIST AND FIND A SERVICE PROVIDER ASAP.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Very sorry Gary. I did not see your 35 day delivery notification when i accepted your bid.
Service provider also did not see that i needed this trailer delivered within the next week.
Honest mistake on both parts.
