Superb result, bought a range cooker on ebay and it was big and heavy 120KG. It arrived at my house in Poland undamaged and in the middle of a big snowstorm. Well done will certainly be using this service again

DONT USE THIS COMPAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we sent 8 boxes, only 7 arrived in usa, left outside in rain and damaged and not signed for spoke to owner called brian who was rude,arrogant and unsympathetic, with a bad attitude, only intrested in getting me off phone,no real help and so unfair,so please avoid as this firm will screw you dont care about customers lifetime goods getting stolen, lost

BUYER BEWARE with this outfit. shipment delivered damaged, company refusing to honor insurance i purchased claiming that since goods for signed for 'clean' meaning we didn't make the delivery man stand there for half an hour while we unpacked 12 pieces to determine whether anything was damaged, and now it has been suggested that the item was damaged when i dropped it off for shipping which is absurd. basically it's my word against theirs so why even buy the insurance?!

THE GOODS WERE DELIVERED AND SIGNED FOR IN GOOD ORDER NO COMMENT ON THE NOTE. THE PACKAGING WAS PERFECT , THEN 3 DAYS LATER WE GET A CALL TO ADVISE GOODS ARE DAMAGED, WE ASKED OUR INSURNACE COMPANY COULD THEY CLAIM BUT THEY REFUSED AS NO DMAGE WAS SIGNED FOR AND THE GOODS WERE ONLY REPORTED DAMAGED 3 DAYS LATER AND ALSO THE PACKAGING WAS PERFECT, THIS WAS ADVISED BY THE CONSIGNEE? There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved hi to advise paypal charge us 2.9 percent plus 10 pence per shipment this has to be passed on the other 2 percent is also a cost as we have a cost for our accounts team to process, we was not rude just asked for the funds requested as the shipment increased in sizes and weights after booked and we have to have the extra funds to cover the extra costs

It is against Paypal policy to make buyer pay a surcharge for using Paypal. Paypal is currently investigating this company. You did not ask for the original price quoted, you tried to rip me off with a 5% surcharge you invented. Rude and unprofessional seller.

Shipment was booked yesterday evening and the sender was emailed with full instructions this morning of what we need to complete the shipment. We then received a garbled email saying "this is not a lottery" what ever that means? We have been asked no questions and do not agree with the cancellation. I suspect that the information supplied on the advert is not true and correct and the customer is trying to ship a larger shipment for a smaller cost.

After all the details were arranged, they asked me to a pay a 5% surcharge for using Paypal, after everything had been quoted and I had already paid the deposit. I have been in contact with Paypal and this is against their policy, they are currently investigating this company.
