Communication from easytrucking4u is very inadequate. We called thems numerous times with only one call being returned. Our item was to be picked up within a week of booking on January 5. We were told by them it was being picked up on Feb 2, but the shipper told us he loaded it the morning of the 1st. It was finally picked up on February 1 and delivered on February 5. They even called and wanted full payment before the item was delivered!

Picking this up did take longer than expected with the weather and such, but this is a partial! Obviously we cannot please everyone, but we did try! It is actually too bad that this shipper feels this way. It is protocol for my book keeper to secure payment after equipment has loaded and before delivery. We have had alot of "good" customers go bad with their payments. Sorry if this has offended you, but if you were in my shoes, you would feel the same way! Thanks!!!!

Trucking was fast and I wall called several times to let me know location and arrival time. Ovaerall I was wery satisfied with the service truck driver was helpfull with the unloading.

I am sorry that we have to leave negative for this company, it has been since 11/24 and we still have not received payment. Customer has been contacted several times and each time there is a different excuse. This is being sent to collections today, additional charges will apply. If you don't want to lose money, advice is don't work with them! The driver will also be attempting to collect on this debt!Christine Friend and Christi A/R
