The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Service provider did not have a truck with ramps to load the equipment. I did not have a loading dock available at either end. I ran out of time waiting for a heavy equipment truck with ramps.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
I was looking for a carrier and was not aware that this provider intended to act as a broker instead. The provider has agreed to make such intentions absolutely clear to the potential customer in the future. This should prevent such problems from happening in the future. The provider was generally polite and made every effort to accommodate my needs in spite of the original communication problems.

unfortunately i can not agree for this to be canceled.
i have from the beginning asked the freight company repeatedly if they will be able to make the delivery time frame and was assured 1000% they would.
if you have access to all our email correspondence before the bid was accepted pls read it. you will find out the number of times they kept reassuring me they would make it.
also after the bid was accepted i kept reminding them of my delivery time line and the financial implication for me if

Response from easytrucking4u: We tried to cancel when we found out that we were unable to get this picked up after all. When we approached him with the problems, the delivery dates were always changing, and could only pick up on certain days. None of this was revealed to us upon acceptance of this bid. Sorry it didn't work out, but it wasn't from lack of trying to please him. Christine
