The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date and time Broker was unable to assign a vehicle. They were also slow to respond. I ended up having a local company haul this for me. The storage bill was $350.00 that I ended up paying because they were not able to get someone to pick up my item.

The listing was incorrect, there was no dock for loading. Storage charges were already in force by the time the bid was accepted. Customer knew we was having difficulties getting this going and he was also looking for alternate shipping. He had been working with another broker previously, that is why he listed it here because the other broker did not move it either. We had contact with this shipper, quite often and left him messages along with email. I know we are not going to please everyone ev

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Este transportista nos ha causado una gran perdida de tiempo y dinero,puesto que se compro la maquina porque se necesita y nosotros estamos pagando renta por una maquina igual para que haga el trabajo,
por todo el tiempo que hemos perdido esperandolos.
primero dijeron que enviaron a alguien pero que la maquina era más ancha, y no era as, solo que tiene unos escalones pleghables que el transportista debio doblar y listo cargar la maquina.
despues que la proxima semana hacian el servicio.y ah

Customer said this was legal dimensions, it is not. The steps are bolted on, our driver was there on location. I even sent pictures to show this. Customer is mad because he thinks that our drivers should have taken this apart to meet his listing. This already cost me a truck order not used because I am sure that this cheap customer will not pay for my drivers services. Beware carriers, he will try to make you do it for free and then bully you into doing it. RB verified our dimensions, not his.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment This carrier was very polite and cordial. Yet they were unable to provide the agreed upon service in a timely fashion. Or seemingly at all. Again they seem very nice. Just said after 18 days they could not get the proper truck there.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped The dealer I bought the truck from failed to tell me the truck had a salvage title because the truck had been in a flood. I had already paid for the truck and booked a shipper when I recieived the salvage title. The dealer is refunding my money. I have had no problem with the shipper I have booked , I just don't want the truck. I will use this shipper in the future. Thanks
