we have a crew of six guys and 3 trucks..2 trucks are box trucks that are dock high and 24 ft long.. one truck is 26 ft long and sits lower to the ground..all of them have walk bourd ramps..we also have a truck with a enclosed trailer that is brand new and is 32 feet long..all of the trucks are newer...we can be dispatch in a moments notice and can operate 7 days a week..we do have equipment and straps and lock loads...short notice is not a problem.. most of the time we are out over the doing delivery.. if you accept our bid please give us a day or two to get back with you.. if we put a bid in for your item we do have a route going that way and we gaurantee you will get picked up.. just give us a little time to line up our routes and stops so we can give you the best time window with out being late.. if you give a certain date on your bid we gaurantee those dates.. or we would not bid them..if and when you accept our bid.. send all info and we gaurantee we will contact you.. thanks..

Later he e-mailed me and told me the previous shipment had more than he expected. I've still tried e-mailing him more and he won't write back.

I get voicemail everytime. Have left many messages, and never have been called back. Service provider responds through emails sporadically. Have never been able to get in touch with service provider to confirm date of move. Asked many times in emails for someone to please call me and no one ever did. Communication was almost impossible.

Only one NY pickup was made and the second pickup, although promised was never made, despite several emails and phone communications on my part. Had to hire another mover. The NY coffee table pickup/delivery was damaged during delivery and I was pomised insurance forms would be sent to me. No forms have been sent by J. Sorrell or anyone else. J.Sorrel's record has three more occurances. Response from easymovers3: item we picked up was aused item.. was not new.. it was wraped when picked up and wraped when we delivered.. it was a marlble tap with a real small chip in it that looked like it had been there for years.. it was a old item.. the pay was for 400 for both pick ups.. he paid 200 for the one we picked up and delivered.. when we had to deal with being accused of damaging the first item we did not pick up second item.. it was also a used item.. we now take pictures of items before we load.

We were given two time periods for pick-up (Thursday 1/17 PM and Friday 1/18 AM). After the service provider failed to show on 1/17, by 8 PM we had tried to contact them via e-mail and telephone, with no response. This was a MONSTROUS item-- a 22 foot long shuffleboard weighing about 700lbs. These guys handled it start to finish, ON TIME, COMMUNICATED the entire time. I wish I had more to ship-- they're my guys now.

I was willing to reschedule the time, given bad weather, but did not receive a call back from anyone after several calls.
