A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
After three months, and countless emails and phone calls to the person that I bought this sign from on eBay, I have never been able to get them to allow access to the item for pickup - just a lot of excuses on their end. I am now trying to get a refund from them, and have no need to ship.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Easy Movers never showed or contacted me after they said they were coming to pick up my shipment. I called and called with no response from them. This went on for three weeks. Company is totally unreliable and should not be able to represent U-Ship. I am still waiting for my deposit refund... 2 months later.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Service Provider was very hard to reach and was inflexible on pickup dates, even though that was one of our criteria in describing our need. Once we did finally made contact, the dates the Service Provider suggested were ones we were out of town. He then promised he would either pick up the shipment or call on Feb 24 or 25 as we would be back in town. We have not heard a word from them since nor did they show up. Deposit was paid (excluding deposit paid through uShip) and service wasnot performedI made my deposit payment with this particular group over three to fourweeks ago and still they have not picked up or delivered my furniture.
