Gene and Nick did a great job with my move. Not only did they pickup and deliver within the timeframes I requested, they even stored it for a couple of weeks in between. Whenever I emailed with a question, they'd reply within a few hours. They could drop-off only during the day but they coordinated it with my schedule, calling me enroute so that I could take as little time off from work as possible. Would definitely use them again.

Gene did a great job coordinating the shipment. He was available at the times he said he would be and the shipment arrived exactly as specified. It was an antique piece that arrived from new jersey to rhode island without a scratch. Thank you for doing such a great job.

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer yes condo did require certificate and i was notified at 7 pm of this the night before an 830 am pickup- and then they didnt need one after i informed client of extra charge for cert sometimes better off this way good luck

I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period Shipper continually failed to contact; answer emails (sent to the email provided by UShip); failed to confirm the pick-up time repeatedly; doesn't answer phone - I leave at 6am tomorrow and just and needed a confirmation that he would be here tomorrow and approximate time - he promised that by last Sunday; by today - never did it. He claims to have written but didn't; claimed to not receive any of my emails asking for confirmation - horribly unreliable!Canceled less than 24 hrs before ship date

hey our feedback speaks for itself -never had a problem on our end with communication ever- love the unreliable part-we asked for info - didnt get it -got the delivery end asked again didnt get it - when given the info finally yesterday we received an e mail immediately after asking why we havent contacted the pickup end like she was right lol - like i said got to expect every once in awhile-aome things not meant to be- still lovin the unreliable part

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider I asked the shipper to add a small (26" w x 26" h x 21" d) side table to the shipment. At the time I listed the shipment I was not planning to included the side table (I purchased it yesterday). The side table was going to be loaded onto the shipper's truck and unloaded at destination by the customer. The only extra expense associated directly with the side table was to protect it from being damaged during transportation. The shipper increased his bid by more than 25%.

another no face shameless sort who wanted something for nothing- 2 minutes after bid acceptance she suddenly found another piece to add and had the gall to want me to ship for nothing-like she was a relative or something lol this is a real , legitimate business not a charity for cheapskates - but hey every once in awhile you get one of these types - let her scheme one of the looking for gas and food money shippers on here - theres plenty of them- dont mooch off others- its not attractive

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Moving company was requested to pick up from a RESIDENCE and informed that the sellers worked during the day in our correspondence. The mover then offered to pick up from this location next week and I accepted the bid. Now I have been informed that the moving company only picks up during business hours, and pick up at this residence will be a problem. No such limitation was stated in advance.

we absolutely refused to ship for this nasty obnoxious, uninformed person- swore up and down she had a communication with us about nighttime pickup- but of course she had the wrong service provider- avoid at all costs- her actual quote was " we should have known it was a nighttime pickup because the pick up adress is a residence and most people work during the day"- thats why the have bid details in your listing - your suppose to use them to convey this information-1st cancellation in 15 months

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled There was a failure ro reach a mutual understanding on the specific nature of the shipment. Numerous attempts to contact the provider were unsuccessful, and they did not call back.

the failure was an attempt by this customer to try and pull a fast one -size of the shipment changed 3 times from 360 sq ft to 590 sq ft and maybe more - when we asked to do a visual and refused to accept payment until we did a visual to see the actual size the excuses and stories continued -all of a sudden the person who was to meet us was in florida- he actually thought he was going to get twice the amount he stated in his shipment for the same price - silly was he to even try- shame shame

listing was posted as loading dock to loading dock- was confirmed with shipper before bidding - when we contacted auction house they said they have no loading docks or forklift and will only let trailers with ramps or removable goosenecks load -just a miscommunication between buyer and seller
