When we were a day away from pick up the seller said it had already been picked up.

Truck was put in shop and I contact the pickup location, emailed the customer since it was over the weekend. On Monday morning I spoke with the customer and told him the shipment did not get pickup on Sunday as agreed due to truck issues and was waiting on shop for update. Customer put a cancellation the same day saying we did not contact him. I'm sorry for this but in this business this can happen and is out of our control.Im Sorry

AFTER HE ACCEPTED HE THAN INFORMED ME THAT THE BOAT WAS OVER 9000 POUNDS SO I TOLD HIM I WOULD NEED A FEW MORE DAYS BECAUSE MY ONE TON WAS AT THE GULF ON ANOTHER JOB BUT I WOULD CALL HIM THE NEXT DAY AND I WOULD HAVE A PICKUP AND DELIVERY TIME AND DATE. HE SAID THAT WOULD BE FINE, THEN I SEE A CANCELLATION REQUEST AND I READ THIS GARBAGE. LIE!! WHAT LIE!! HE LIED AND I STILL TRIED TO HELP HIM. WOW!!
