Customer has agreed to hire Earth Auto Shippers to move his car and signed a contract which we can provide a copy of. I communicated we have a driver to transport his car on 3/14 and deliver 3/15. When I called to communicate schedule he said he wanted to cancel and has another driver. We will charge a cancel fee of $75 to cover our expenses and time our team provided to cover the this schedule. daniel

NUTS! I have arranged another carrier and no longer need this carrier!
