The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
Per the match details, we had up to thirty days to move this boat. We are in and out of the Bay area all the time, which Mr. Hall knew. The boat in the bid was pictured in the water. Yes we knew it was on blocks, but we had also communicated that we could water load, or fork-lift load, whichever one would be easiest at the time.
