The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services.
I started communicating with dyacht transport about April 10/08. At first they promised me good service, but as time wore on they wouldn't return phone calls and once put me on hold and never returned to talk to me. My wife tried to phone them, but got the same bull**** and promises that I received. The trailer has not been Moved by them.I got another company without your help. April 12 you people took $500.00 off my credit card. Would you please return the money to my card immediately. Brian

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider.
I asked for a water to water pickup and delivery of my boat from New York to Le Havre. The service provider was unable to give me the location of the marina or the shipyard in New York and Le Havre where I could leave and take the boat.

"dyachttransport" or "ufreightbid Inc" clearly is a malicious company!First a Ronald Whatley calls every two nights to get my 2150 USD,then lies my car has been put in a container(while the former owner never even had a call!)and then disappears with the money.He uses a wrong telephonenumber,a false 'bill of lading',doesn't answer mails...I want a refund!If not I'll make an official complaint and will go to court!Don't you ever make other victims!You're a shame for all honest hard working people

dyachttransport was asking for a direct wire transfer and could not except any other form or payment.they sent a simple spread sheet that was made up in 5 min. it was one guy on a 800 number. i did not feel comfortable. thank you

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time.
Provider did not call and never showed up at the pick-up date and time agreed upon. In addition, provider did not return calls and or answered emails once he received $1500.00 he required before initiating pick-up to pay for the land transportation. No means of communication has been possible since the payment.
