I am unable to reach this customer after a reasonable time period This is an accepted 'Book it Now' shipment. The customer called back stating they really didn't understand the 'Book it Now' process and were not going to ship the bike at this time. As I began to talk to him and inquire as to a time that would work for him, he hung up the phone. After countless text messages to him, unanswered phone calls and emails, I have no other recourse but to request cancellation to receive my deposit. Of course I now have a cancellation that was not of my doing. Bew
