The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time They lied to me over and over and over again about picking up my load. They said they'd pick up before the 4th of July and they didn't. Then they said they'd pick up on the coming Tuesday because the truck broke down. Then I called on Tuesday when no one showed up and asked what happened, Joseph said he put me on the schedule for th Friday and I said ok. I also asked why was I not informed. I explained before that someone had to take off from work to be there over and over again and the fact tha

Nicky79 is a misinformed and does not understand problems do happen and that this time was her turn,but after the information that I would have to go south of maimi to pickup a key and then that changed to someone would meet me with a key ,it became clear to me something was not correct with her thinking,and then came equipment failure,do I need to say more, thanks Nicky79

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I called the service provider (Duckworthy) to finalize shipping instruction and was informed the trucking company is no longer in business. Therefore I am requesting a refund of my initial paymnet and service charges.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved My service provider could not arrange a transport vehicle for the time and date that we decided on due to vehicle mishap. So they cancelled the deal.
